- Phone: In case you are unable to continue your ride and need to call your recovery team.

Repair kit
- Tyre levers
- Inner tubes (correct size and valve type)
- Pump or gas canister
- Tubeless tyre repair kit if applicable
- 4mm and 5mm allen keys or a bike multi tool

Emergency Contact Details
In case of emergencies, it is strongly recommended that each individual club member carries the following information when riding with the club:
- Identity (including name, date of birth)
- Emergency contact name and phone number
- Details of any relevant medical conditions

Emergency Contact Methods
There are a range of ways of carrying emergency contact details:
- British Cycling Membership Card: If you are a British Cycling member there is a space for emergency contact details on the membership card.
- Emergency wristbands: A range of commercial ICE/emergency wristbands are available to purchase. Recommendations include The ID Band Company and ICE ID.
- Helmet ID tag: These labels or tags can be secured to the inside of a cycle helmet or to the helmet chin strap.
- Mobile phones: Most devices have an ‘emergency’ or ‘ICE’ option whereby anyone – without knowledge of security/password details – can access emergency details entered by the owner.
